Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipes

Anti-Inflammatory Juice IngredientsMany of us have a silent problem in our body.  It is called chronic inflammation.  There is evidence that chronic inflammation is leading to many diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and even cancer.  Many of these diseases are the leading cause of death in the United States.  When you look at the Standard American Diet, you can see the correlation between our inflammatory diets and the chronic disease state many of us are in.  Learning which foods are inflammatory, as well as which foods are anti-inflammatory is a big step in the right direction.  However, even when we know which foods we need to eat more of, it is difficult to always be able to eat the right way.  Anti-inflammatory juice is a great way to get these foods into our bodies, the quickest and easiest way.

The foods that are most anti-inflammatory are vegetables, fruits, nuts and other plant foods.  This makes anti-inflammatory juice a perfect way to add more to your diet.

Fish is another excellent food, but it isn’t so great in an anti-inflammatory juice or in a smoothie. That reminds me of the Bass-O-Matic “commercial” on Saturday Night Live with Dan Akyroyd.  That skit kills me every time I watch it! I couldn’t find the entire version, but this give you an idea if you never saw it before. :)

Here are 10 anti-inflammatory juice recipes I made using the most potent of the inflammation reducing foods.
